Pawn's Poke 1 & 2 (#112 & #113)
When you want to have the very best, but your budget might be a little tight, one of the Pawn’s Pokes is your answer. The Poke is a smaller inside room at Hotel Nuestro Sueño that can accommodate up to two (2) people. It has one double bed (no alternatives), a private in-suite bathroom, a working fireplace, cable TV, and easy access to the hotel lobby (There are no direct lake views from the Pokes).

Depending upon the food and amenity plan chosen, the guests staying in the Pawn’s Poke can have the same access to all of the Hotel amenities as are offered all other rooms. Cozy, warm and affordable, the Pawn’s Pokes are the right economical place to rest from your treks in the Land of the Mayan.

Bishop's Kype - 115
The Bishop's Kype (#115) is one of the “wheel chair accessible” rooms at Hotel Nuestro Sueño. This suite is fully ADA compliant. Located on the ground floor, there are lower level views to the lake. The Kype has a private bathroom with separate shower both of which along with the hand sink have “roll-in” ramps. The Bishop’s Kype has a sitting area in front of the larger working fireplace, and on request can have a twin bed for a third guest. This room is near the bar, garden jacuzzi area, and the restaurant areas all of which are wheel chair accessible. As in all the lake view rooms of the hotel, the fabulous sunsets are included at no extra charge.

Queen's Suite - 222
The Queen's Suite (#222) is a large suite with windows running along on two sides. It has two balconies with room for hammocks, large inside and outside sitting areas, a sumptuous fireplace, a large bathroom with interesting design features, and views to the north and west that afford the full vista of the three Lake Atitlan volcanoes as well as about half of the villages around the lake shore. The Queen's Suite is standard with a large queen-size bed and living room furniture; it is large enough to support a second full size bed or two twin beds as might be needed. The Queen’s Suite is the favorite choice of newlyweds, anniversary couples and that special time with your very significant other.

King's Suite - 233
The King's Suite (#233) is an oversized room that has many alcoves and sitting areas. It has one large balcony with views to the north, and a Queen Ann's style balcony that opens to a westerly view over Lake Atitlan. This room has windows on three sides that offer a wide expansive view of the whole of Lake Atitlan. Located in one of the alcoves is a built in writing desk from which to ponder your next (first) great novel, or simply sit while writing on your WIFI connected computer, and showing jealous friends back home what they are missing. The private in-suite bathroom is well appointed; the centrally located fireplace can quickly put a warm glow throughout the room. The Lake views are breath-taking and the sunsets are as it an artist sat down and created a new one each evening. . This suite is truly fit for a reigning monarch or even an occasional pretender to the throne. The King's Suite is furnished with a queen-size bed, a matrimonial-size bed and living room furniture. There is more than enough room for additional beds so as to meet a variety of desired configurations.

Garden Room - 311
The Garden Room (#311) is a large suite located, as its name implies, at the side of the main garden patio area of the hotel. This suite is fully ADA compliant. The suite has windows running the whole side of the room at the side of the garden and patio area, including a large bay-window in the center. There is a large fireplace, queen size bed, an entertainment center, built in mosaic covered desk, wheelchair friendly bathroom with a ramp into the shower, and sumptuous furnishings. The Garden Room can accommodate additional beds when requested. There is also a peak-a-boo view to the lake.

Regent's Realm - 321
The Regent's Realm (#321) is formally the suite utilized by the Owners of Hotel Nuestro Sueno. It features a large in suite bath tub, plus a separate toilet and shower room. A corner fireplace gives ambiance and heat to the tub area, sitting and bed area. The main wall is adorned with mosaic sculptures of Mayan design, the west wall which is full floor to ceiling windows, has a large sliding glass panel that leads out to a balcony from which one can pick pomegranate during season. The high ceilings feature very large wood beams and heavy paneling. A twin size bed can be requested without impacting the available space and thus three occupants can be a happy group.

The Regent's Realm is located in the Tree House, and is often utilized in conjunction with activities in the adjacent areas as a conference/party hospitality suite and head-quarters. Regardless of its various possible uses, truly, this suite is the proper place for a Regent to oversee his charge and enjoy the life and views of Lake Atitlan.

Crown Room - 333
The Crown Room (#333) is a spacious enclave located in the top floor of the well renowned “Tree-House” at Hotel Nuestro Sueño. This late addition to the upscale rooms at Hotel Nuestro Sueño is just steps away from all of the amenities, while still affording privacy and a very special warm ambiance like the best of family time memories gone by….

The Crown Room features expansive of views of Lake Atitlan, including the boat landing in San Antonio Palopó; as well, the Crown Room has various giant fichus trees that grow right up through the floor and then into the roof above where they form a capitulum canopy that helps keep the suite cool in the summers and protected from the rains during the winter months. The room has a massive stone fireplace that goes floor to ceiling, a twenty-five square foot ceramic checker/chess board embedded in the floor, heavy wood furniture and a queen-size bed that allows you to go to sleep and watch the lights on the lake and the beautiful sunsets that nightly paint the sky for your viewing pleasure. On request the furniture can be augmented and the Crown Room can accommodate a total of 7 family members peacefully within the sumptuous space -- especially given that in the areas adjacent to the suite, there are massive multi-level common areas with water-falls, indoor gardens, a pond, and fountains that complete the interior of the Tree House.

Squire 1, 2 & 3 (Rooms 411, 412, 413)
The relatively small suites (Squires - 411, 412, 413) have efficient private bathrooms, showers, and very warm fireplaces. Each room has a sitting area from where to enjoy a lovely view of the north shore area of Lake Atitlan. Each of these rooms has a full size bed (matrimonial) and if needed the suite can accept an extra twin size bed brought in so that as many as 3 can sleep as a cozy group.

This Lair room has a Queen Ann’s balcony with double French Doors, and an unobstructed views to Lake Atitlan and the San Antonio Palopó dock area. There is large working fireplace in this Lair Room and a built in closet. This room is regularly equipped to sleep two people on its queen-size bed, but an additional twin bed can be requested so that three can comfortably occupy the room. For those larger families or groups of friend that want more interaction, the two Lair Rooms have an adjoining door that when open creates a multi-purpose suite.

Eagle's Nest - 531
The Eagle's Nest is a large apartment-sized suite, which as its name implies, is at the very top of the hotel area. Located over thirty meters above the waters of Lake Atitlan, the views and ambience of this suite rival any on the lake. The suite has a small kitchen and dining room, stylish native furnishings, private bathroom, an additional separate toilet room and soaking tub built into a glass enclosure with spectacular views, and a very large fireplace which occupies half the southern wall.

Along with the expansive window views of the whole lake and much of the village below, the suite has a large balcony which extends out into and over the grove of large ficus tree tops which are the basis for the "Tree House“. Even higher up there is a second "sailors perch or crow’s nest" balcony which is accessed up a security ladder from the main balcony. In the future, visiting guests might find a private elevator access to this loftiest of perches. The Eagle’s Nest is the ideal place for a family vacation, using the Queen-size bed, two matrimonial-size beds and a twin bed, the suite can nicely accommodate up to seven occupants.

When relaxing in one of the hammocks or large wicker chairs, you will experience the grandeur and magnificent aura of the mighty eagle. More than monarchs, the Eagles Nest is the abode of the world dominant emperor or potentate or the "Walter Mitty" within us all. Come, you deserve the moment.
