Special Planned Activities are negotiated on a BULK basis. Special Planned Activities are most often “parties” of some sort, or other group activities. A Special Activities can include hotel rooms for over night stays, or can be just the use of public areas. Special activities can include as many services and/or amenities as negotiated, or can be “bare bones” i.e. Room Only. The amenities normally available are: a Typical Guatemalan Breakfast plus coffee, WIFI, dry sauna, steam room, hot-tub, and access to the small gymnasium with exercise pool; but special meals, open bar, buffets, sit-down banquets, meeting areas, local tour activities, child-care, local transportation and special decorations are also possible amenities and benefits that can be included in the negotiated Group Rates. SPECIAL PLANNED ACTIVITIES ARE FOR MAKING DREAMS BECOME REALITIES.

All pricing plans have “occupancy” pricing; i.e. the cost of each room regardless of which plan, increases as the number of occupants increases. The base price of each room assumes there are two occupants (there is no discount for less than two occupants). In order to assure a pleasant stay at Hotel Nuestro Sueño, the various rooms have specific maximum adult occupancy levels and number/type of beds. Room furnishings are adjusted to fit the number of reserving guests. Most furnishing configurations have no additional cost above the occupancy charges.
